L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is now open at the Casino de Montréal, the biggest casino in Canada. The kitchens operate under the direction of Stéphane Galibert, who is supported by a team that is as passionate and attentive to detail as he is. Similarly to several the other concept restaurants, the décor was designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon.

My husband and I recently dined at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon with 3 guests. What an amazing gem of a restaurant hidden in the Montreal Casino!
